Slurry pump installation requirements|

(1) Pre-installation inspection


The pump has been inspected and tested before leaving the factory, in order to ensure that it is in good working condition, it must be installed correctly. Before installation, you should first check whether the model and parameters of the equipment are correct according to the packing list, whether the parts are complete and intact, whether the technical information and quality certificate carried with the pump are complete. After checking is correct, should read the relevant technical information in detail, especially 〈〈ZJ series slurry pump instruction manual〉〉, master the relevant technical requirements and operating principles, before installation, do not operate blindly.


(2) the installation of the pump to find the right


The horizontal pump unit should be installed using the secondary grouting method. After installation, the centerline of the unit should be consistent with the centerline of the foundation; the deviation of the center height of the unit from the design value should be no more than ±2mm, and the horizontal tolerance of the unit is 0.1/1000.


For the pump unit with direct coupling drive, the coaxiality of the unit is generally guaranteed by the coupling correction. There are two methods for coupling alignment.


One is to use the knife mouth ruler and the stopper with. The outer circle of the coupling is corrected with a knife edge ruler to ensure that each pair of couplings is flush in all directions, and the maximum error δ should be no more than 0.10mm [Figure 3, (a)]. Check the clearance between each pair of couplings with a stopper, and the maximum error Δ (Δ = δ1 - δ2) should be no more than 0.10mm [Fig. 3, (b)].


Another method is to use a magnetic percentage table with a stopper to find the coupling. Fix the magnetic scale on the outer circle of the coupling on one side and pan-turn it, and place the probe of the scale on the outer circle of the opposite coupling and watch the runout of the scale should not be more than 0.15mm [Figure 3, (c)]. The coupling clearance is measured with a stopper, and the maximum error should be no more than 0.10mm [Figure 3, (b)].


For the pump unit with belt drive, the parallelism between the pump shaft and the motor shaft should be ensured, usually with the belt pulley for alignment. If the center distance is small, you can use a straightedge to level the end face of the pulley to find the correctness. When the center distance is larger, you can use the pulling line to find the parallelism against the end of the flat belt, as shown in Figure 4.


(3) Configuration and requirements of pump import and export pipe section


① Suction pipeline


Suction pipe diameter: the suction pipe diameter should be the same as the pump inlet diameter or slightly larger than the pump inlet diameter, the principle is not only to avoid pump cavitation, but also can not make the slurry in the pipeline to form deposits.


Inlet gate valve: for the convenience of maintenance pump, should be set up inlet gate valve, its diameter and the diameter of the inlet pipe is the same. There should be expansion joints between the suction port and suction pipe of the pump in order to dismantle and install the pump.


② Discharge pipeline


Discharge pipe diameter: the discharge pipe diameter is related to the nature of the slurry, settling flow rate, in general, the discharge pipe diameter is equal to the pump outlet diameter or slightly larger.


Outlet gate valve: The outlet gate valve should be the same as the discharge pipe diameter.


Pressure gauge: located on the straight pipe section between the pump outlet and the first valve.


③ Pump piping configuration considerations


Piping arrangement as shown in Figure 5.


When adjusting the flow rate by valve, the regulating valve should be located at the pump outlet, and it is not allowed to adjust the inlet pipeline by valve to avoid cavitation.


(4) Shaft seal water and cooling water piping configuration and requirements


Shaft seal water and cooling water piping should be configured according to the diagram 7.
